Villas Under Construction:
- 15% upon execution of the Sales Agreement
- 20% upon completion of foundation
- 20% upon completion of the superstructure shell
- 20% upon plastering
- 20% upon completion of interior finish
- 5% upon completion of construction and issuing documentation of unit.
Other payment terms are welcome.
Completed Villas
- 10% upon execution of the Sales agreement
- 90% within 30 days from execution of the Sales agreement.
